On April 25, 2026, Gorman-Lavelle Corporation proudly celebrated 100 years of history, craftsmanship, and community at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. Surrounded by employees, retirees, clients, partners, friends, and generations of GLC families, the evening was a reflection on the relationships and projects that have defined our company since 1926.
Guests gathered to honor the people behind the legacy, from the field teams and office staff to the families and industry partners who have supported GLC across generations. Throughout the evening, attendees enjoyed cocktails, dinner stations, live entertainment, historical displays, and a look back at many of the landmark projects that helped shape the Cleveland skyline and communities throughout Northeast Ohio.
What began as a small family-owned company founded by Michael D. Lavelle and John Gorman has grown into a fourth-generation business built on hard work, integrity, and lasting relationships. Our 100th Anniversary Celebration was not only a tribute to the past century, but also a celebration of the future ahead.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this milestone unforgettable. Cheers to 100 years and the next 100.
