Manage documentation, meetings, change orders, and subcontractors. Requires HVAC/mechanical project management and estimating experience with PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam. Competitive salary starting at $95K plus benefits with 401(k) profit sharing.

Plumbing/Construction Project Manager

Manage documentation, meetings, change orders, and subcontractors. Requires plumbing/mechanical construction project management experience with PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam. Competitive salary starting at $95K plus benefits with 401(k) profit sharing.

Construction Plumbing Estimator

Manage documentation, meetings, change orders, and subcontractors. Requires commercial plumbing/mechanical construction experience with PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam. Competitive salary starting at $90K plus benefits with 401(k) profit sharing.

Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and managing calls while supporting office and accounting functions. Requires strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency; Foundation Software experience a plus. Salary $46K-$49K plus benefits with 401(k) and profit sharing.

Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk

Support accounts payable, payroll, and subcontractor compliance in a fast-paced construction environment. Requires entry-level accounting experience with Excel, Outlook, and Word. Training provided with room for growth into construction accounting and compliance.
