If you’re looking to advance your career in construction management, we’re actively seeking talented professionals for key office roles including Estimators, BIM Managers, and Project Managers. These positions offer excellent growth potential and the chance to work on major commercial projects throughout Cleveland. If you have experience in construction estimation, building information modeling, or project management, we want to hear from you.

Current Job Openings

Project Manager

Manage documentation, meetings, change orders, and subcontractors. Requires plumbing/mechanical experience with PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam. Competitive salary plus benefits with 401(k) profit sharing.

Estimator

Perform takeoffs, prepare bids using Quickpen, generate cost analysis. Requires 3-5 years mechanical construction experience. Competitive salary plus benefits including 401(k) with profit sharing.

BIM Engineer

Create 3D models in Revit and SysQue, manage coordination using Navisworks/Revizto. Requires 2+ years Revit experience and plumbing knowledge. Hybrid/remote with competitive pay and benefits.
